In Sunday’s 3-0 victory over Cadiz on the road, Jude Bellingham scored his 14th goal for Real Madrid.
It happened in the 74th minute at Nuevo Mirandilla, following two spectacular solo goals by Rodrygo that put Madrid firmly in control.
Bellingham’s goal came from a wonderful left-footed strike after Rodrygo made a clever through the pass. Bellingham made his 15th appearance for his new team on Sunday after switching from Borussia Dortmund in June.
In his first 15 games for Madrid, he has already tallied more goals than any other player in the 121-year history of the team. The previous record was shared by Pruden, Alfredo Di Stefano, and Cristiano Ronaldo, who each scored 13 goals in their first 15 Madrid games.
The 2023–24 season is currently tied for the most productive scoring season of Bellingham’s club career as he scored 14 goals in just 15 games. In 42 games for Dortmund last season, he scored 14 goals.
