List of Footballers With Most Minutes Played Before Turning 21: Jude Bellingham Almost Overtake Wayne Rooney – PSG Goalkeeper On Top, Mbappe and Sergio Ramos Also On The list

Midfielder Jude Bellingham ranks 4th on the list of players who played the most minutes before turning 21, and the person ranked right above the young English star is former famous striker and fellow countryman Wayne Rooney.

Jude Bellingham ranks 4th on the list of players playing the most minutes before turning 21.

The England international has had a season to remember following his £113million move to the Spanish capital last summer.

He has scored 20 goals and assisted 10 in 33 appearances across all competitions, spearheading Real’s hopes of winning LaLiga and the Champions League.

Since his debut as a 16-year-old for Championship side Birmingham City, Bellingham has amassed 15,007 minutes on the field. However, he sits in fourth place on the list, with two former Premier League players and a goalkeeper ahead of him.

Former Manchester United and Everton striker Wayne Rooney, who also broke into first-team football at 16, is third with 15,479 minutes before 21.

Cesc Fabregas takes second spot having played 16,691 minutes for Arsenal and the Spain national side.

PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is top with ease with 18,309 minutes played for AC Milan and Italy before turning 21.

Bellingham will have the chance to break into the top three as he turns 21 on June 29.

Should he remain injury-free and if Real Madrid advance to the Champions League final, Bellingham could potentially play an additional 1,170 minutes. Furthermore, he’ll have the opportunity to increase his playing time when England participates in the Euros this summer.
