According to Sky Sports, Bayern Munich welcomes the return of their key player for the match against Arsenal.
Arsenal and Bayern played out a thrilling 2-2 draw in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League round of 16 tie in north London last week and the return leg will take place midway through this week.
Leroy Sane created havoc down the right wing at Emirates Stadium. Accordingly, he tormented Jakub Kiwior, who was substituted at half-time and earned a penalty, after being fouled by William Saliba in the penalty area.
However, the former Manchester City star was substituted in the 66th minute and missed the 2-0 win over Koln.
Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel insisted Sane’s condition was ‘unclear’.
However, Sane returned to training on Monday. According to Sky Sports, it is likely that this player will be healthy enough to start at Allianz Arena.
Manuel Neuer is also training after missing the weekend win. This veteran goalkeeper suffered a muscle injury while playing for the German team last month.
However, Bayern have injury problems in other positions with Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman both unable to recover in time for the second leg.
