Talking to Arsenal’s official website, Gabriel Jesus shared notable thoughts about his fellow countryman.

“Unfortunately we haven’t played together much this season, mainly because I had some injury problems, and sometimes Gabriel too. It’s a shame because last season we were We flourished together, and the connection was really good. We played very freely, and I hope we can be together more because I think we understand each other on the field.”
“The first time I met Gabriel was when I was with the Brazilian national team, around 2018 or 2019, there were many young players called up to try and support us. I said, ‘ What a great player – this guy can really fly high ‘. Then I followed Gabriel and when he went to Arsenal, it was a big leap compared to Ituana in Brazil. But, he asserted himself immediately.”
