According to Cristiano Ronaldo, he hasn’t given his son Cristiano Jr. a phone yet because he doesn’t want him to grow up to be “obsessed with technology.”
The 36-year-old football player, who just won Globe Soccer’s Top Scorer of All Time, discussed the influence of technology at the Al Wasl Plaza in Dubai. He acknowledged that younger people are more accustomed to using technology.
“Definitely helps a lot,” he remarked. It was helpful to me and everyone else here, too, and while I believe we should capitalize on it, we shouldn’t become fixated on it.I can offer you a brief impression, for instance. Before long, my eldest child—who will turn twelve—asks me, “Daddy, can I have a phone, can I have a phone, can I have a phone?”
I tell him, “Cristiano, you have some time.”I believe that we should take advantage of the fact that this younger generation is technologically savvy, but I also think that we shouldn’t become fixated on it.
Give it to them, but just for a limited time; don’t give it to them constantly. That seems to be the primary idea here.
Ronaldo turned down his son’s pleas for a phone in 2017, citing his desire to avoid giving the idea that he could easily obtain his wishes.
“Junior is very happy and says he wants more brothers and sisters, he wants seven,” the man stated at the time.
“I request that he hold off until later.” Junior once requested for an iPhone so he could call me, but I refused. He should get in touch with his grandmother if he wants to call me.
“I want to instill in my son the notion that achieving his goals is not always simple.” The finest thing I could do for him is to educate him.
Cristiano Jr., also known as Cristianinho, was born to an unidentified surrogate mother prior to his football player father’s relationship with Georgina Rodriguez. Cristiano Jr. will turn 12 in June.
The couple disclosed last month that they are expecting a boy and a girl. Georgina is presently six months pregnant with Ronaldo’s twins.
They revealed the news via a touching gender reveal video on social media.
Their four kids were encouraged to pop balloons, and the result was confetti in pink and blue all over the place.
