Football Insider revealed that Brandon Williams is preparing to leave Man Utd this summer on a free transfer.
Brandon Williams’ contract with Man Utd will expire this June. He just spent a season on loan with Ipswich Town, a team that just got promoted from the Championship.
Williams only made 15 appearances in the Championship and it was clear he no longer had a future at Old Trafford. Recently, Williams also created scandals off the field and even had his driver’s license revoked (Mirror).
With a summer expected to be tumultuous, Williams will be among those to leave, alongside Casemiro and Antony. Some sources said the Red Devils are willing to accept selling at a loss.
With Williams’ contract about to expire this summer, he will have to find a new team in the near future. Ipswich is said to be not very interested in signing a contract with a defender born in 2000.
Another player who is also giving Man Utd Board of Directors a headache is Jadon Sancho. He had a conflict with Ten Hag and was sent out on loan at the beginning of the season. Sancho has shined in the Dortmund shirt and until now it is still unclear how the Red Devils will handle him when his loan expires.
