According to The Athletic, potential young defender Reuell Walters will leave Arsenal at the end of this season.

Reuell Walters has been with Arsenal since November 2020. He made 80 appearances for the club’s U18 and U21 teams. Last season, the 19-year-old defender received the title of Academy Player of the Year. He was also called up many times by coach Mikel Arteta to practice with the first team.

The contract between the two sides will expire at the end of this season. According to sources from The Athletic, although the “Gunners” really want to keep Reuell Walters, the young British talent decided to leave the club in the hope of being able to play in a top football environment.
