Speaking in an interview with The Sun, Troy Deeney bluntly criticized the Red Devils star.

Manchester United may end this season with the lowest position in history since the Premier League was born. They only ranked 8th on the rankings. Coach Erik ten Hag obviously received a lot of criticism from fans, but if he had a better force, the Dutch strategist could have turned the situation around.

Ten Hag lost a series of key players due to injury. Not only that, a number of stars who played impressively last season suddenly also declined, making his plan unable to go as expected.

Casemiro is probably the most specific example when the former Real Madrid midfielder plummeted and often made personal mistakes. Speaking in a recent interview, expert Troy Deeney criticized the 32-year-old player.

”As for Casemiro, I never expected him to have skillful feet that could run everywhere or to be the best defensive midfielder in the world.

What I really hope is that he will use his experience at Manchester United to help them get through the tough times and be a consistent presence.

But  Casemiro did nothing – and as a result, Man United suffered heavy losses.”
