Following the season’s conclusion on Sunday, Salah posted a photo of himself and his two daughters, Kayan, 4, and Makka, 10, on social media from the Anfield pitch.

Despite their touchline altercation at West Ham on April 27, he later tweeted his farewell to Klopp, saying, “It was great sharing all those trophies and experiences with you over the past seven years.”

“I hope to see you again and wish you the best of luck in the future.”

Salah then appeared to hint at staying at Liverpool for the upcoming season in a follow-up post.

“We understand that winning is what matters, and we’ll do everything in our power to ensure that happens next season,” he stated. We will fight like crazy because our fans deserve it.

Arne Slot, who was officially named the team’s new manager today, will undoubtedly be hoping Liverpool retains their star player over the summer.

According to reports, the Dutchman has signed a three-year contract.

Slot also issued a formal statement following Klopp’s attempt to incite a chant for his successor during his farewell speech following Liverpool’s 2-0 victory over Wolves.
