Cole Palmer, a star for Chelsea and England, has shown that he is as cool as ice on the field.
However, it appears that he has also made efforts to project that calm, ice persona off of it.
Cole Palmer was spotted wearing a rolex watch while in the England Euro 2024 camp
Palmer’s platinum Rolex potentially costs nearly a full weeks wages for him
But the ice blue tint was seen as a nod to his celebration
Palmer was seen sporting a Rolex while in the England training. Palmer scored for the Three Lions in the Euro 2024 final after coming off the bench.
Furthermore, the watch in question was a 40mm Rolex Daytona Cosmograph, according to GQ Magazine.
A basic model of the designer watch costs an eye-watering £13,200.
The 22-year-old’s watch, though, was a little bit different.
Palmer’s watch stood out as a platinum edition since it had a blue-tinted dial instead of a standard white one.
The platinum model of the watch retails for an astounding £66,800 on the Rolex website, or £72,200 with diamonds.
Palmer left Manchester City to join the Blues during the summer, and he went on to score 27 goals and dish out 15 assists in all competitions.
Along with his move, he received a nice pay raise, going from £20,000 per week at the Etihad to £75,000 per week at Stamford Bridge.
Palmer seems to have splashed out on his fancy new watch using his wage increase.
Chelsea supporters will probably counter that it was well-deserved.
Plus, they thought it was a neat homage to his “chilly” party.
One admirer reacted to his new piece by saying, “They told me Cole Palmer has ZERO Aura.”
“That’s lovely,” remarked the second.
Another person said, “The cold Aura.”
Someone else commented, “This watch is really cold.”
A fifth player commented: “We can go ice for ice, no players beats Cole Palmer.”
